Unfortunately, I seem to have managed not yet to send any Christmas cards. We've spent part of the evening writing cards which should at least get sent tomorrow, but the chances of them getting to anyone before Christmas are now somewhat smaller than they ought to be. I also don't have home addresses for lots of friends in any case, so lots of you having already left Cambridge makes it somewhat difficult to send cards. (And for many of those, they're not going to see this till after Christmas anyway. Sigh...)

Anyway: to one and all reading this, a very happy Christmas, and next year I shall try to be a little less helpless. Hopefully I shall see some of you this evening?
