the_alchemist,
elise and
strongtrousers. Not (I have to admit rather to my shame) a play I knew properly beforehand, but lots of fun, a relaxing evening, and wonderful company. Unfortunately, I'm now rather drunk, so a proper update will (once again) have to wait for (probably much) later... Thank you, anyway, Catriona.

Date: 2005-06-21 01:44 pm (UTC)The book came out in 1985 when I was at summer school, and I was soon reading it at a rate of knots - despite being there to study neither Shakespeare or Richard III. Mr Sher's performance was quite a phenomenon, a radiation of manic energy and violence.
