Whimsical

Slept badly (read: not very much at all until it was basically morning), so I ended up sleeping in this morning. In the afternoon I really wanted to get out of the house, while the girls wanted to do some cooking (with ingredients we didn't have). So, we compromised, went for a quick shop at Tesco, then a brisk walk around Milton Country Park together, to which we allegedly took ( a number of things... )

Returned home, where I made turkey, ham and leek pie with R, while A made flapjack (with a little help). Play-doh was also played with (well, what else would one do with it?) A generally pleasant time for everyone, I think. Liz is now trying to make the company accounts balance, while I contemplate (at length) clearing up the kitchen (sadly, also at some length).
