Bored now...

deborah_cA productive, if rather boring couple of days. Work's finally going a little better -- getting something to work helps, and getting my teeth into something new and substantial seems to be good, too.
In an effort to rediscover my waist, which seems to be (temporarily, I hope) in hiding, I went swimming again yesterday (hurrah!). However, I turned out to be even less fit than the last time I went, and sank somewhere in the middle of my 12th length. Bah. Still, the bike repairer has promised to give my bike back on Thursday, which might help. He and I being two of the most disorganised people in the entire universe, the process of getting it repaired and returned to us has so far taken around 2.5 years... In the meantime, it's still fairly hot here, so another mid-afternoon swim might happen today.
