I'm inclined to agree. One of the two loops in the diagram involves apparently the only 2 bisexual students (both girls) out of 832 who were interviewed...
Probably more significant is that this was a school in the American mid-west, an area not famed for tolerance of homosexuality. If I was in a gay relationship there, I wouldn't be admitting it to the authorities. I wouldn't be too forthcoming in an average English school, either.

It's possible that the researchers asked the questions in a way that tended to exclude reporting of gay relationships, though.
